Finished open-plan kitchen and living area after a whole-home remodel in Lynnwood, Washington

Residential Remodels · Commercial Tenant Improvements

Your project, professionally run.

We manage the trades, the schedule, and the paperwork — so your remodel finishes on a written scope, with no surprise invoices.

The Process

What working with us actually looks like.

  1. Scoping We agree on the work and the price We walk the space with you, listen to what you want, and put it in writing — what's included, what it costs, and what it doesn't cover. You approve it before anything starts.
  2. Sourcing We find and check the right trades We get quotes from trades we trust and confirm every one of them is licensed and insured before they set foot on your property. They work under our contract, so you deal with one point of contact, not six.
  3. Management We run the job day to day We schedule everyone in the right order and keep the work moving. If something needs to change, you hear the cost first and decide — we never do the work and bill you after.
  4. Closeout We finish and hand it over We walk through it with you, fix anything on your list, clean up, and hand over your warranties and paperwork. Nothing is left half-done.

Why It Matters

You shouldn't have to become the contractor to get your home improved.

Chasing bids, decoding exclusions, checking whether the work behind an invoice actually happened — that's a job. We do it, so you don't.

About

Every project runs on a commercial process.

Projects go wrong in the gaps — the thing nobody wrote down, the trade who never got scheduled, the bill that shows up after the work is done. We came out of commercial construction management, where none of that is tolerated, and we run every job we take the same way.

Bachour Contracting is a licensed, bonded and insured Washington general contractor based in Lynnwood, working across Snohomish and King County — Lynnwood, Edmonds, Everett, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Bothell and Mill Creek.

Common Questions

What owners ask before reaching out.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed, bonded and insured. Bachour Contracting LLC is registered with Washington L&I as a general contractor, registration number BACHOCL744NS. You can confirm it yourself at L&I's public verification lookup, and we'll send certificates of insurance on request.

How soon can you start?

We'll get back to you shortly after you reach out and set up a first call. Start dates depend on scope and season — we'll give you a realistic one in the proposal rather than an optimistic one up front.

Can you use a subcontractor I already know?

Usually, yes. If you have a trade you trust, we're glad to bring them in and contract them as part of the project, provided they're properly licensed and insured for the work.

What size projects do you take on?

Residential remodels and renovations, commercial tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. Scope matters more than square footage — if you are not sure your project fits, ask. One conversation is usually enough to find out.

How do you charge?

A contract price for the work, set in a written proposal before anything starts. Changes are priced and approved before they're executed — never after.

What areas do you serve?

Snohomish and King County, Washington — including Lynnwood, Edmonds, Everett, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Bothell, Mill Creek and Seattle — with flexibility for the right project outside that area.
